This in-depth,16 contact-hour course offers instructor-level content for training cadres and other potential RMP facilitators. Participants will expand their knowledge of the science behind Mindfulness Based Instruction and learn to effectively lead RMP core practices. All digital and hardcopy materials provided.
Optimized sports performance and relationship health are cornerstones of the RMP training program. This course consists of five, 3-hour classroom sessions; ten, 30-minute routine practice drills, and a series of contextualized practices (including air pack, post PT, driveway, 5:12, and training ground practices). 20 total contact hours; 25 total program hours.
